SMALL BUSINESSES AND SKILLS TRAINING

Women who process food items such as gari, oil palm, palm kernel oil and others become beneficiaries with credit to expand their businesses.

MEMBERSHIP


Every member of Sidos Foundation is given an Identification card and a T’Shirt/Lacoste. They also reach out to other communities to spread the good news of the foundation. Currently, membership numerical strength is about three thousand people.

Our expectation is to increase the numerical strength per district to one thousand people.
Sidos Foundation has gained the recognition in various districts, regions in Ghana as a whole.

In order to become a member of our foundation you can contact the foundation community leaders, other opinion leaders, Assembly members and chiefs in the community.

SELF HELP WELFARE

The welfare of every human-being is paramount so every member is part. The welfare dues are paid on monthly basis and are recorded in their welfare booklets.
The account is managed by the community leadership. This welfare covers hard time in hospital, death of parents and other important welfare activities.

SECTORS TO SUPPORT IN BRIEF


School drop-outs

1. Young girls and School dropouts will be given a full training in vocation. 


Market places

2. Women who sell in the market places shall be given support by funding with small credit.


Food Processing

3. Women in food processing; such as gari, kernel oil, palm oil etc, are benefiting with financial support for their business.


Manufacturers

4. Fabricators, Carpenters, Mechanics and others in manufacturing as small business are also supported with small credit.


Asistance

5. Financial Assistance shall be given to ten brilliant but needy students on merit to tertiary education in every district.
